  1. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we do. Contact us within: 7 days of delivery and dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. For size exchange, your item will be shipped back to you on free delivery service.

 

  1. When will I receive my product?

  1. Do I pay customs and import taxes?

You will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

  1. Do you accept cancellations?

Unfortunately, not. The picking and packing of orders happens very quickly once you've press the 'Pay now' button, which means we are unable to stop an order once it is being processed 

 

  1. How secured is my payment?

Shopify keeps your payment information secure. Our shop never receives your credit card information.

 

  1. What county do you deliver to?

We deliver to most of the countries worldwide.

 

  1. How do I measure for the size I need?

Information about measurements for clothing and footwear are provided in the "Size Guide" page which can be found in “footer” on the website. 

 Measurement instruction:

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms and across your back.
  • Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waistline – usually it's just above your belly button.
  • Hip: Just measure around the fullest part of your hip
