DISPATCH AND PROCESS

We despatch your order within 2 days of receiving it. We wrap your clothes and accessories in MADE INSIDE wrapping paper and we use plastic poly mailer bag for shipping.

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

Orders can be tracked depend on the delivery option chosen.

Royal Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays and during peak sales period orders might take longer to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver to most of the countries by using international couriers.

We provide standard or express delivery services.

International shipping on standard or free delivery usually takes 5-14 working days. Express delivery can take up to 5 days (in normal circumstance).

Orders of £150 or more might be rewarded with free delivery.

For orders under £150, our delivery charge depends on the country and delivery option chosen.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be dispatched back within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept order cancellations. However, if you experience any problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
